Helio Health’s Monroe County Street Outreach peers and clinicians actively engage with the community through collaboration with organizations and individuals in the Monroe County geographical area.

Serving adults 18 and over, our skilled professionals are committed to increasing awareness and improving access to substance use services.

• Peer support

• Clinical assessment

• Education on recovery and support services

• Developing individual and family coping skills

• Referrals to appropriate level of care

• Care coordination

• Harm reduction supplies- including Narcan training

• Transportation to treatment
