Confluence Court is a three-story building on the National Historic Register in downtown Binghamton. Representing how the Chenango and Susquehanna Rivers converge nearby at Confluence Park, the name also carries a dual meaning. “Confluence” refers to the coming together of people, ideas, and cultures, reflecting the diversity of the residents who will soon call this home. “Court” refers to the street on which the building is located.

Helio Health maintains 30 of the one-bedroom and studio apartments that are designated through the Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative for individuals diagnosed with substance use disorder.

On-site supportive services including:

  • Case management

  • Recovery and health support

  • Service coordination

  • Assistance with independent living

These services are designed to help residents overcome barriers related to substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and housing instability.
